Placing Orders
Orders may be placed in-store, by phone, via social media, or through our website.
Custom Orders
Custom cake orders must be placed at least 14days in advance(7 days orders(rush) are available in case to case basis).
Design details must be confirmed at the time of booking.
Changes to custom orders must be requested at least 24 hours before pickup.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to availability, incorrect pricing, or unforeseen circumstances.
Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice.
Full payment or a non-refundable deposit of 50% may be required for custom orders.
We accept cash, bank transfers and E-wallets.
Cancellations
You may cancel your orders but you're required to pay cancellation fees(20-25% of total amount) and deposits are non-refundable
Allergens & Food Safety
Our products contain or come into contact with allergens such as nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, and gluten.
Design & Artistry
Custom Nature: Our cakes are works of art. While we welcome inspiration photos, we do not provide "exact" replicas. Minor variations in color and style are to be expected. Non-Edibles: Your cake may contain structural supports (dowels, floral wire, etc.). It is the client's responsibility to ensure these are removed before serving.
Liability & Transport
Pickup & Delivery: Once the cake leaves our premises, Sweet Kiss is no longer responsible for any damage incurred during transport or setup. Please keep your vehicle cool and place the cake on a flat, level surface (the floor of the car is best; never a car seat). Outdoor Events: We are not responsible for damage due to weather (heat, humidity, or wind) for cakes displayed outdoors.
